I was going to try my hand at gold, as, from the reports I've read it seems that its heading in the right direction.

I think we've met before Mike, the direction only matters if you were actually buying the stuff. If that is your reason for signing up I'd think again.

I haven't myself, but obviously I know people who've done well and people who haven't, but that's besides the point. You need to do your research and be sure that you what you are doing.

I have to agree with Butterworth, do your homework, and never sign up because of bonus offers, unless the broker has a good rep ( the source of the rep not being their own P.R.)
